*** insurer and *** panel beaters

Both the panel beaters and the insurer are ***! I was told that my car would be ready on Friday... I was explicitly told to bring my car in before 11AM on Monday so that they would be done by Friday. Even yesterday, Elias told me that my car would be ready by today, but when I called today, I was told to expect my car on Tuesday.
