I called in at 12.30 today for a tyre burst i had along the way. For a tow truck or help. horrible service only to have the agent tell me his going to give me a call back in 10 mins. After a hour called again he said was still busy checking. 2hrs later still no call nor tow trucks. 4hrs later no help no service pathetic. And only to hear the guy says we have to leave our car here find a way home and leave the key at a petrol station unknown.. momentum ur service is pathetic. Disgusting we paying so much. And having 2year old child with u not the easiest being stranded with! And my entire fam. So cancelling the insuarance and i will put this on every social media page!! So it doesnt happen to other people!!!!
