Johana Ndaba - Always Helpful

I want to raise a complement to Johana Ndaba who is my service consultant. She is actually the administrator of the policy I have with AFI. I have been with AFI since 1986 (in the days of Price Forbes Federale Volks Beleggings). <br> <br> I find Johana very helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Every time I call with a query or a question she is really goes out of here way to find a solution or an appropriate response. I once called her about communication that I received informing me that my excess will be doubled if I claimed again within the same year of the last claim. I even raised the matter on this platform (Hello Peter). I felt and told her that my loyalty does not seem to matter or count to Alexander Forbes Insurance. She attended to my issue and restored my faith and loyalty to the company. I just want to say a big thank you to her. She is the reason that I am still with AFI despite being enticed from time to time with direct calls from their competition promising lower premiums and no-claim bonus (AFI does not offer me a no-claim bonus). Alexander Forbes Insurance has a star and Service Champion in her.<br>
