Job well done

Normally one will only write a review if you want to complain about something, but this will not be the case.

I would like to thank Kerianne for her EXCELLENT work during my whole claim process. I am amazed by the way she handled everything. I was well informed during the whole process.

Even though this was my second claim(unfortunately) in less than a month, she did everything which was expected from her and walked the extra mile for me. This process went smoothly compared to the first one. I really thought the second claim will be as difficult as the first one, but thanks to Kerianne it was a breeze. The way she spoke to me was highly appreciated.

I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me. After the claim was settled the companies phoned me the following day(to my surprise, I did not expect it to happen so quickly) to confirm delivery dates as requested.

Kerianne is a real asset for momentum.
