Jabu, thank you for your excellent support and response. Jabu assisted me with my query dating back to June 2023. He promised to get back to me and within 5 minutes, returned my call with positive response. His mannererism and enthusiasm is appreciated. This is what I call customer centricity. We need more people like Jabu.
