It was time for my renewal on my car's premium and Momentum penalized us for requesting a no claims letter and not claiming through Momentum but the 3rd Party who hit us
It was time for my renewal on my car's premium and Momentum penalized us for requesting a no claims letter and not claiming through Momentum but the 3rd Party who hit us. For the passed 2 weeks we battle to get our premium reduced. But luckily yesterday I spoke to Eugene Wagener at retentions and he assisted me to get it sorted with underwriting and very happy with his excellent service.
