It is always such a pleasure to hear the phone on the other side being answered by Kyle Pienaar... I don't even have to explain myself or go in too much detail. He knows what is needed to do, and he does it with a smile in his voice. This, in return, takes the pressure of me and puts a smile on my face. Thank you, Kyle, for going the extra mile and always making sure my family is safe and protected.
