Is Momentum a *****

I have been struggling for months now, to get answers out of Momentum during a claim which I filed for a car accident . Suddenly, the value they promised to cover on the policy is not the same. When I ask them how they calculate the car value, suddenly no one can explain or show me on the policy how they calculate it. They are quick to s**** a car and make it the client’s problem . How do we deal with uneducated people or layers or is Momentum a ***** ?
