Insurance TRAUMA

<p>Alexander Forbes Insurance is really poor with their customer contact and turn around times.</p> <p>I had an accident about 3 months ago, and the third party had to pay the excess amount, which they hadnt, so I paid for it. This was then forwarded to their recoveries department. To date I have recieved no information about this, there has been no response to a multitude of emails that I have sent to them wuth regards to this. THIS is really poor service. I have called a multitude of times only to be passed onto consultant onto consultant.</p>
