Insurance review

Good day

since alexander forbes was underwritten by momentum i had not enjoyed being a customer to them at all . I used to have a specific consultant looking after my insurance policy but now it does not seem like people know what they are doing . my account was annually reviewed and i was okay with that and later on i changed addresses for the car insured and te consultant told me straight in my ear that it makes no difference . i was astonished by the response as the area i have relocated to is a very low risk area and i have been working from home since 2020 with a full comprehensive cover but momentum does not value to give exceptions where needed . i am currently shopping around for a better insurance cause i am so dissatisfied with their services
