Insurance - Renewal of Policy - FEES!!!

<p>As my insurance policy, which is with, what I thought, is a very large and reputable company, Alexander Forbes, came up for renewal, (after 2 years of loyal payments) I excepted that we my insurance company where I am paying almost R3,000 per month on multiple assets and products, they would send me a favourable new schedule!</p> <p> </p> <p>Eish! What a shock!</p> <p> </p> <p>They not only increase the amount I was paying for my car by R140.18 and also reduced the cover for the car from R412,200 to R381,200! This is truly mind-blowing! How is thus possible? I am paying for my car insurance even though the car is worth less than the previous year.</p> <p> </p> <p>On top of this, my contact person / personal insurance person goes on leave and does not let her clients know, when I call they say someone is looking after her emails but no one comes back to me with information or even an acknowledge of the issue / claim / request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say I am shock and can`t believe that they are actually looking after my pension! If this is the type of decision they are making what is happening to my retirement saving?</p>
