Insurance premium Increase on increase unjustified!!!!

<p>Having been a very loyal customer for many years with a very minimla claims ratio, I am merely being treated as as a number!!</p> <p>The common feedback is " due to the general high number of claims we are increasing your premium"</p> <p>I recently had an increase & have been informed today of another increase on an increase</p> <p>When querying the increase( notified by email) , my borker advised that it was outside of their control & they have not seen the increase schedule & can therefore not assist?</p> <p>I have the increased premium per email ? How does that work? Is my borker not part of the increase? Is the one hand not talking to the other?</p> <p>I will not accept the increase on increase & deamnd a full investigation as I did with the last increase just a short time ago</p> <p> </p>
