Insurance delaying to pay

I was involved in the accident on the 17 November 2021 driving on M1 South,Johannesburg. A car driving infront of me suddenly stopped, I app**** breaks and managed to stop but unfortunately the car that was driving at the back of all the 3 cars coming behind me which is insured with Momentum did not manage to stop, and pushed all the cars forward to collide. So basically my car got damaged from both the front and the back as a result of this incident. I sent a third party claim to momentum, and they gave me a go around from last year, and I had to go to the JMPD ( Faraday) to fetch an accident report in June this year as they said they (tracers) could not locate it. I have been sending them emails to hear how far are they with the claim till this day they dont give me any clear answer, and it is almost a year, and it is a serious inconvenience for me.
