Insurance complaint

I was recently involved in a car accident and my car was fixed by one of their approved panel beater but not to my satisfaction and the number plates fell off.I'm driving around without number plates.

I reported this and followed up a week ago but there has been no response from Alexander Forbes or the panel beater who is aware of this.
