Insurance claim not paid

I have never in my life had to chase a service provider as much as I have with Alexander Forbes staff.<br> <br> I submitted my claim on 19/11/15<br> <br> I have had to beg and plead with three different people at AFI to pay attention to my claim. Lastly I was passed to Asanda who has empty promises and never gets back to her client.<br> This lady has now for 2 weeks promised to get back to me and nothing!!!!!<br> <br> I am fuming cause now I am sitting in Cape town with no phone cause my claim has not been paid!
