Insurance claim

Good day.

I had two claims registered one of which was declined,but through the whole process a lady by the name of Audrey Mabena was so helpful & proffesional.To one extent i wish all my claims went through you wheather or not they had positive outcomes.Just the manner in which you go about yourself & the way you conduct yourself over the phone is exceptional.
