The worst experience ever just to claim for a damage on my vehicle the outcome was terrible. I now sit with a cancellation of my policy as well as a cancellation for my claim and struggle to get insurance on my vehicle due to the fact that this insurance company failed to acknowledge me as a client. When it comes to paying for your policy momentum is quick to take the money but when you put in a claim they cancel your policy and your claim due to the fact that they do not want to pay they also go as far as back dating the cancellation to the date of your claim.its good to have insurance but when you claim these are the difficulties you as a valued client have to face
