Insurance claim

Im havea car insurance with Alexander forbes, and recently I was involved in a car accident. I was not in a state to drive my car as I was not feeling well. The insurance now is claiming that because the car was not driven by me they will not cover it. Mind you, the driver was not even the one who is responsible for the accident. Im so angry, I dont know why we keep paying for car insurance if it doesn't even help. Now they quoting clauses which where not even quoted before on their rejection letter. Madichaba from Roodeport.
