<p>Stunning service after a traumatic lightning strike. Incredible turn around time between claiming and receiving payment. Kept in the picture with very good communication. Totally blown away to be so well handled at this extremely busy time of year. Special mention must be made of the service from Helen MacKay who could teach many what going the extra mile means.
