Within 2 days he responded to advise refund will be paid. Absolutely amazing being able to deal with such an efficient person who went the extra mile and keeping you updated. Could not say same of Kelly Smith who did not even bother to respond to emails nor calls. Well done Keelin. You are a super star and a jewel to Momentum Insurance.
