Ineffective and inefficient

Have reported my claim not sure whats happening as tried to call advisor back several times to no avail have left messages. Have no money for excess was told they sending me a disclaimer then windscreen people are calling me to insert a windscreen and need the excess payment. Kindly momentum your advisors dont return calls are unavailable. Whats happening?
