Indemnity form to be signed before claim approval

I am driving an MG and had a minor accident damaging my front suspension. I registered a claim with my Insurance Alexander Forbes. I obtained the quotation which was required from a registered and approved repairer Maziya Auto Body Repairs Reg :*** and their contact person is Nicky ***. The claim consultant assisting me is Faith Mofiwa. She advised me that my chosen panelbeater is not approved by manufacture and she got confirmation from the manufacture and which is not true. I spoke directly to the MG manufacture and spoke to the brand ambassador he explained that in terms of body repairs they do not have an allocated or specific repairer that they use as long as the repairer is registered and can do the job. Now Faith Mofiwa comes back and says that i need to assign an indemnity form before the repairs on my car can be authorized. The indemnity clearly states that i will loose the warranty and maintenance on the car which i am paying from own pocket. The car is drivable and every day the condition is getting worse on the suspension. I am not prepared to sign the indemnity to have my car repaired. Please assist to resolve this matter.
