Inconsiderate and *********

I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth with Momentum insurance. I was using AVIS rental car as a courtesy car. The courtesy car was due to be checked in on the 12th of December 2024. On the 27th I received a message from Momentum cancelling the courtesy car because my car was ready for collection. I informed the insurance that I am out of town due to work commitments, and I will only be returning back to work on the 5th of December and I will be able to check in the car on the 6th at 10 am. I spoke to Gomolemo and he told me that my dilemma had nothing to do with Momentum and I should check in the car at the nearest AVIS car rental. He did not care as to how I will travel back home after such a short notice. I later spoke to Shakera Mohammed who understood my plea and frustration and informed me that I may check in the car on the 6th at 10am. When I called again, she the changes her case requesting that I get a letter from employer, my employer was on study leave and had no access to email. Momentum is disgustingly inconsiderate because now I have to arrange for the car to be checked in back in Mahikeng and they do not care how I am travelling back home.
