I have never claimed in fact have not claimed probably for 20 years since I have had vehicle insurance. So we crossed from Mozambique to SA yesterday our car already started giving us problems early morning from Bilene Mozambique we just made it to border we crossed over to SA and phoned momentum for assistance to come tow our vehicle and trailer. The lady Aisha was most *********** whom I have had never dealt with before. She did not resolve our problem I had to make my own arrangements with trac assist to come assist us at the border. I have been a loyal customer never claimed and pay my premiums timeously I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere I have also told all my friends and family to never deal with Momentum ever! Please cancel my policy with immediate effect! I will be contacting my bank to cancel all debit orders and you will not hear from me again!!
