Absolutely atrocious experience dealing with this company!! We have building cover with this so called insurer; recently after 2 years of moving in, the garage door is not working. Without any consultation with us as owners, they had send a herd of *********** "assessors" / "inspectors" who had no clue what they were doing! All they did was take random pics and now momentum is claiming that they will not pay as it is due to poor workmanship. Did anybody take a report from us ? NO! Did they even have a clue as to what went wrong with the door? NO!! A bunch of blithering idiots with whom we are going to cancel short and long term policies with!
