I have sent them the 3rd party claim in at 13/03/2017 on their policy "Quote" (We will attempt to finalise the third party’s claim within 60 (sixty) working days from receiving our file together with all the required documents.) 116 Working Days and still not done. We are at the stage of the pay-out: After we have signed the release form on the 3rd of July 2017 stated that the pay-out will take 30 working days. At 17th of August 2017 I phoned the person hoe work with my claim and he rep**** that he didn't receive my release form then he went back to the mail that I have sent him and "then he oops sorry I see that the release form is here"!? and this happens every time I send him paper work.
