I have resigned from my company was told it would take 6 week for payment to be received today I called Alexandra Forbes to confirm the delay they advised that it shows i have changed my surname i must forward my id and bank statement again now really all my documents was submitted certified why would i change no my surname what load of bull. really upset as i was not notified by telecom they advised I* was sent an sms if I received it don't you think I would have confirmed everything. What a huge well know company that is so *********** what such a pathetic excuse, now it cost me money that I don't have to get my documentation sent to them and I have to wait another 5 working day, they really play with peoples money I would never choose them for any investments. Pathetic
