Inappropriate deceit

Have reported an incident on 28th April 2018 and submitted all the pictures to ********** which she than confirmed was fine as per check list and to wait for a call However have now received a call from Tebogo Hlakudi ********** stating he has not reveived the pictures of the potholes which was sent to Ms Portia Letsoalo at time of incident.
