Car rental agreement Elias made me sign agreement afront his work station before having read upon asking was told that's there company policy. No idea had to deliver vehicle at airport whilst collected on centurion. Email was received after all hastly...No vehicle inspection done with me together to ensure all existing damages and scratches on vehicle noted this to avis and lorreato boappe received no response weeks ago ..only noticed email when I got home, who signs agreement without being presented firstly, beware also ensure you do vehicle inspection with consultant and sign once u have agreement afront you despite snowy day...

01 Aug 2023, 11:14Please note already three weeks have notified you regards if no parts please provide me with my vehicle as you appointed pannelbeaters are passing the buck as you know full well there was no parts prior to assessment report as per Laerato Boappes email. also checked with new consultant each time Tiffany Jansen Van Rensburg and Kagisano Sibanyoni noted the same as you unable to liaise and get replies from the pannelbeaters and rental companies affiliated to you than how are as clients suppose to get effective and efficient feedback as it already 3 weeks.
