Impressive Follow-up, Follow-through and Sincere Customer Care (Momentum Insure)

Layla Morris served me yesterday when I called Momentum Insure. She was very professional, supportive and helpful. My issue is still under resolution however Layla has even called me today to follow up on whether the underwriting department has contacted me. This is the second instance from Momentum Insure where someone who was handling my query, followed up with me in instances where my query was passed on to another department. I'm very impressed with this sense of responsibility and follow-through by Momentum Insure staff. Thank you, please keep this up.
