Impeccable service

The service from this insurer is beyond impeccable. I always have such a great experience when I interact with anyone from Momentum Short Term Insurance. I contacted Momentum yesterday to discuss the annual renewal letter that I had received for my car insurance and Carly (not entirely sure about the spelling) was just amazing. She explained the renewal process and assisted me in making sure that I was paying a fair price based on my risk profile, every question that I had was answered and the service was efficient. At the end of the call I already had my revised documentation for my insurance cover. A lot of businesses could learn a lot from the customer service at Momentum.
