I'm not happy at all. I wonder if it's the consultant who has a problem or the company Momentum. They don't keep their promises

On the 4th of January I have claimed the crack for windscreen of my car. To them as my car insurance. Where they referred me they wanted R1600 as an excess. I told them that the broker lindiwe Magagule never told me of such money. She told me of R500. They said will check the recording. And will come back to me she never came back. I'm paying this insurance every month. The broker when I asked why she's not reliable. She said I must do what ever I want. And she said take your car to glass works there's no excess. When I call the glass work they said they need an excess of 1603.00.
