I'm disgusted with MOMENTUM! Feel as a valuable client of 10 years they would be more willing to assist me however I must not be that important! ! They are not willing to assist me! I'm obviously not oiu

I am applauded at the way Momentum have handled my windshield claim! They simply refuse to replace my windshield with the original that is the OEM. If I do replace the original i have to pay in, The OEM is R 13 500 and the OEE is R5 000 however I'm told it's the same quality, how??? Why would AUDI then put an OEM in the first place? I'm told the difference is for the AUDI sticker. The OEM is R 13 500 however the OEE is R 5000 SHOULD I want the OEM i need to pay the difference of R 8 500 and my policy clearly states NO EXCESS!!! Please note: The OEM is the original and the OEE is the replacement.
