I rated Momentum short term insurance great it is because of Palesa Muchenga, she is not just a an employee there but an asset of that company, the way she is so good at what she is doing, my claim was dragging but I came across Palesa she assisted me in no time, I was happy about her customer service, she is excellent, she got me on a state of frustrations but she manage to listen to me and do what was right, I am happy. I wish her to grow and her superiors should know that she is the best and she deserve the best and good promotion there. Wish you luck Palesa,continue by doing good to your clients.
