I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Worst experience with an autobody repairer in my life. Assessor specifically noted in his report that repairs (only repairs, no part replacements) should atleast take 5-7 working days. It took them 14 working days, where we had to complain to the manager 2 days prior of the poor quality work provided to us upon first inspection. Well, needless to say, my car was repaired only to realise a few days after that they broke my rearview mirror (even did a poor job of properly fitting it back) even though they had absolutely no business being on the inside of my car as the repairs had to be done on the outside. And it's not a cheap rear view mirror, it's an electronic one which will have to be replaced as well thanks to you. Even a back yard panelbeater would've provided better service than you. A big thank you for making me not wanting to take pride in my car anymore, you just managed into making me want to sell my car as fast as possible. Also a huge thanks to Momentum to recommending them as a repairer, next time I will know not to make the same mistake again!
