I would like to commend Mometum consultant Paulina Mashego for her outstanding service. After a very bad experience with one consultant from Momentum last year following my accident on 29 November 2024, I felt deeply traumatised despite being a loyal Momentum customer paying my monthly premium. The experience made me consider switching to another insurance provider. However, Paulina completely changed my perception with her exceptional professionalism. She demonstrated great patience and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood the process. I only wish she had been the one handling my claim back then. I rate her service a 10/10.
