I was blown away by just the greeting from Prince Musa when I called to ask for a discount on my premium. He assisted me with such enthusiasm and managed to cut R200 off my premium. Very pleasant person to talk to, very warm and friendly. I definitely want to be assisted by such people. Excellent customer skills, excellent service.
