I want my vehicle to be paid off

Last year on the 27th December 2015, I had an accident, and the car damaged the roof and window screen. I claimed at my insurance, They interviewed me and my husband over the phone and we gave them all the information, then they send people to come and tow the car to Polokwane and I'm in Thohoyandou. They phoned to tell me that the car is written off. <br> To my surprise, the consultant came to my place from Pretoria wanted to interview me and my husband and the people who saw the accident happening. But the feedback from those people were positive and when I asked when I they going to pay it off? they said I must get a report from cell phone network provider and I couldn't get the information, I reported to them and they said I must get an affidavit from the police stating that I couldn't get the report they wanted then they will pay. I waited and is now almost three months but nothing going on. I only received a rejection letter today saying that the claim is rejected.<br> Why because I gave them correct and complete information.<br> They even want me to get towing truck on my own to tow my car from Polokwane to Thohoyandou.
