i want my claim to be payed off

last year on 07/12/2015 I had an accident I hurt a rock and it damaged my sump and engine and I claimed at my insurance and they gave a consultant to help but later they changed her and gave me someone to help that's when I saw that they don't want to pay and they did their investigation that took time almost two months after they completed the consultant told me that they will pay a sump which cost R1000 only and I ill have to pay R5000 access .and the damage cost R52,000 and I pay this people every month
