I submitted a non-drivable motor claim with Momentum Insure on 8th December 2023, it has now been 3 months and I still don't have my car

I submitted a non-drivable motor claim with Momentum Insure on 8th December 2023, it has now been 3 months and I still don't have my car. The claim was initially approved to repair the body work, however, there was mechanical damages, and after some toing and froing the mechanical repairs to replace the radiator and aircon condenser was approved. Three weeks ago the repairer informed me my car is ready but in a non-drivable state, as Momentum Insure refuse to approve the clutch repairs. The car drove fine before the accident and an insurance claim is supposed to restore the vehicle to a same condition prior to the accident. I am at my wit's end.
