I spoke to James Sekgobela regarding my yearly short-term policy increase
I spoke to James Sekgobela regarding my yearly short-term policy increase. He managed to bring the increase down to an acceptable amount while I was still on the phone with him. James was very helpful, polite, and very well spoken. He was able to assist me with all my questions. I am very glad that he was the one who took my call today. Thank you James.
