I spoke to Ishmael Mohlala,I wanted to cancel the insurance because I felt like the premium is high as compared to the initial premium I was Given by a Godwill,I felt like he was not helpful as compared to the consultant that assisted Mt husband just after a spoke to him,with him he did not even make an effort to review the premium,why was he not able to do the same thing the other lady did?I feel like he need to improve in retaining clients
