I sent an email (on a Sunday) requesting assistance on my monthly car insurance premium. Lauren Jacobus contacted me the very next day with an update on my request. She was very friendly, and very helpful. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and handled my request very efficiently. Very happy with her service!
