I sent an e-mail in the morning requesting assistance on my policy. I received a call within 2 hours from Gugu Mathibela. Not only was she friendly, she was also considerate of the fact that I was at work and she quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Kudos to you, Gugu! Keep up the great service 👍 Regards, Michael
