I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Momentum Insure and have been very impressed. From start to finish the entire application process was seamless. Thendo is brilliant, such a sense of humour, I've never had FUN when dealing with an insurance company. He took the time to explain everything very clearly to me and had patience for all my questions. When I had to update my profile I had the pleasure of speaking with Hangwe, who too was so helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her. I have had nothing other than exceptional customer service from Thendo and Hangwe. Thank you to both of you, I really appreciate you both. Momentum policies are comprehensive and affordable, like really affordable. I moved from an insurance company with whom I had been for the past 10+yrs. They got lazy and clearly more interested in new sign ups than looking after their longterm clients. I was spending a small fortune every month so i decided to shake things up. I've only just started with Momentum, and have yet to make a claim, but If the last month is anything to go by, my hopes are high that this level of customer service will be maintained!
