I recently had a household accident and was quite upset regarding the incident. I phoned the claims department and was politely assisted by Banele Msiza. She was so professional and everything was sorted out so quickly from start to finish. I have never had such prompt service without problems. Well done to Banele Msiza and Momentum Insure.
