I recently called them and the gentleman called James Sekgobela helped me,he gave me excellent customer service, he went all out explaining to me about my cover. He was so understanding and answered all my questions patiently. He even phoned me back after my line cut cos my minutes were finished before I could finish talking. I must say he's got a good customer service. Big up to him
