I received the renew policy with price increase and simply cant afford. I then selected to get quotes from other insurance houses and found that they could honour what I have been paying currently by even less. This was a no brainer , however, I still contacted Momentum and spoke to Airrion Raymond. What a breathe of fresh air.... created rapport with me and call got dropped after I explained what I wanted. My heart dropped as I did not want to call back and explain my story again. Alas! Airrion Raymond called back and went through the new quote.... happy to stay with Momentum.....
