I received the most amazing service from Sindiswa Anita Ngcobo
Oh I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sindiswa Anita Ngcobo and oh my what lovely, professional and admirable service. Definitely 11/10!
I requested a cancellation due to being unable to keep up with premium payments. Unlike most sales people, she didn’t just want to keep the business but took time to understand why I want to cancel and figure out if she can assist me in finding alternative solutions that can possibly suit my needs. Unfortunately my only available option was to cancel, but even that didn’t change the mood of the call. She kept the same energy and assisted me with such diligence 😊
