I received my annual review whereby my premiums were gone up by over R400.00. I submitted an email explaining that it is unaffordable for me as a pensioner. Within minutes I received a telephone call from a professional representative by the name of Sindiswa Anita Ngcobo. She reviewed my insurance profile and had my premiums drastically reduced.
